Skyfire: Drake mobs missing AE - Resolved
 

All mobs of the black drake model in skyfire should have Drake Breath, short range targeted AE. On live they used to cast this a fair bit (18s cooldown) if you were within range when fear broke, they are either missing this ability here or not choosing to use it as often as they should.

Changed from a proc to a spell and added to the missing drakes.
