Default UI

Does anyone know if there is an actual UI that is Identical to the default UI but with the ability to use 2 + hotbars? I am not a big fan of the custom UI's but having 2 hotbars definitely makes life a lot easier.

Check the link in my sig, you should find a link to the default UI download which is fixed for P1999 to stop red error messages.
