It's a bit offensive that this was hyped up and not even a one sentence update or final statement can be made. The response will be this is a volunteer project so go fuck yourself, but keep in mind many of us have willingly donated our money to support this project. Is there an obligation therefore for someone to type one sentence that will take 15 seconds? No. But is it the right thing to do? Yes.

I agree with you. It would be nice to at least get some communication on it. It is possible though that they're still in lingo on whatever process they're going with, and therefore have nothing to share at this current moment.

March 5th was the last "update" from Sirken saying he doesn't really know but thinks it's in progress. Sorry that asking for an update on something that the devs hyped and told us about and even created an empty server for in prep is "entitlement." And yes, when I give thousands of dollars [I have], I do feel as though I deserve a 15 second "hey this is no longer going to happen," or "yep still on the table potential timeline of X." I stopped donating several months ago because of this, and while I doubt the project is going to go belly up due to my decision not to, from a business perspective, it's nonsensical why you wouldn't want to simply give what will take less than 1 minute of time to let your fans know is going on.
