Reoccurring Amnesia should be unresistable

http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/spell.html?spell=194

Quote:

.. the spell is listed as beneficial it will not aggro the mob, nor is it possible to resist it. The spell will always land, but it may not mem blur the mob, just a 25% chance every tick. Also I am not sure how they calculate the chance to blur, as low level mobs are almost always blurred, and high level ones are much harder to mem blur.

bump, this sopossed to be like alliance and collab... which have a resist check posted on allah's but it's only sopossed to do the percent chance.

"As Memory Blur can often take several casts to "take" at higher level, this is necessary. However, blurring just says, "Soandso blinks a few times," rather than giving a resist. (The spell is unresistable... whether or not it works is another thing.)"

Yeah gets ressited a lot, and when its not ressisted it still doesnt mean it worked.

BUMP!

I would like to first say that Reoccurring Amnesia is working MUCH better than it used to.
Thank you devs for working on this!!!
That being said, I am still getting resist messages, albeit not as often.

Memory blur spells should always land on the mob, they just aren't supposed to work 100% of the time.

The reason why Reoccurring Amnesia is a special case is because it's supposed to attempt a memory wipe every tick but when it gets resisted on this server (which it shouldn't) you never get those multiple blur chances like you should.

Fixed.

Has this been implemented? I'm still getting resists on this spell.
