Is there harm in ikky monk killing in Fear
 

Hey all , any harm in an ikky monk killing in Fear since we are pre-luclin?

What do you mean? Plane of Fear? There are no faction hits to worry about, if that's what you mean.

Like my diety is Cazic Thule, and that's all plane of fear is. Losing faction there wouldn't hurt completion of any quests is what I'm askin

Correct, it would not hurt you or anyone to hunt there. There is a faction hit, but it is completely meaningless(no quests and no way to raise it to non-koS that I know of).

Only "planes" where faction matters, I believe, are PoGrowth(tunare quests) and PoMischief.

Only thing you'll miss out on is being able to hang out with Cazic Thule, no quests or other mobs on his faction.

There is the Whistling Fists quest that involves a turn-in to Cazic-Thule, but that looks to be post-velious era so shouldn't ever be available on p99. You can sneak turn-in anyhow.
