the sleeper is awoken on both servers, you will never get a primal weapon. all you can do is spend thousands of hours farming a full set of gear that will make less of an impact on your character than a primal weapon, the most powerful item in everquest. i have one and you will never get one. hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
