The worst ping in the world?
 

What's the worst place in the world to play P99 red? Australia I'm getting 300+ ping, fucking dial up. No VPN, no proxy, just shit ping.

Thoughts?

Alaska is fine. Not the best but I have good internet in Anchorage.

our ping is a super handicap; love chasing a mob and seeing either "You cannot see your target" or "your target is too far away" especially when it is up in your face....

Oh and add 1-2 seconds to whatever spell u are casting, cos u need to stand for a moment before casting or the server thinks ur still moving and gets interrupted...

Briefly turn left or right and you can cast right away.

Used to play with 4300ms on live with a satellite connection in the US.

Bonus points because the upstream latency was way worse than the downstream, so timing got even weirder.

Yeah wouldnt wanna play an enchanter right now, might get used to it though.

I averaged about 375ms on red. It would be 450 on a bad day. Combination of shitty Thai internet speeds and being the other end of the globe. Caster-Quest

It seemed to have a huge impact on zoning too, not sure there were many that zoned slower than me. Sucked.
