Cultural Tradeskill
 

Can any race/deity use Cultural Tradeskill recepie to skill up tailoring or is creating the armor also restricted to race/deity as in wearing them?

I think its restricted by virtue of special cultural combine kits that only the correct race/deity can use.

Making cultural is restricted to the race, not deity. Deity is only a restriction for who can wear the resulting armor.

EX:
Dwarfs are the only ones who can make the dwarven cultural (Only they can use the Stormguard Forge in Kaladim)
High elves are the only ones who can make elven chainmail and mystic koada`dal (Only they can use the Koada`Dal Forge in Felwithe)
Humans are the only ones who can make field plate (of any deity) (Only they can use the Antonican and Royal Qeynos Forges in the human cities)
Halflings are the only ones who can make Vale leather armor (only they can use the Vale sewing kit)
Wood elves are the only ones who can make mithril reinforced/studded leather and mithril weapons (only they can use the Feir`Dal sewing kit)
Erudites are the only ones who can make steelsilk armor (only they can use the worn erudite sewing kit)

Those are awful to collect the mats for. I skipped to Wu's (assuming you're leveling up for the dain shawl or want to max)

I believe the max is 159/160 after Wu's. High enough to do the thread combines.


Edit: Rygar is correct. The Othmir fur caps are the easiest for further advancement.

No.... just jump to the cheapest Velious recipe you can find (Othmir furs?) (EDIT: yes, assuming you've maxed on Wu's). I think fleeting quivers uses the distilled mana component that costs 2 sapphires to create, so that means you have a minimum of 200p for just that component reagents, and then the PITA to gather the other stuff. Just not worth the time or money, do fails at Velious until max skill....




















....then fail 3 out of 4 combines at max skill on velious tailoring, and have everyone ask you for free combines now that you spend a year of your life maxing this skill for them.

Anyone know if the Troll cultural will be implemented? I know it wasn't until much later but they may code it in at some point hopefully.

I think it's a safe bet you'll never see it here.
