Is Jboots MQ possible for any race/class?

Is it a problem being an iksar monk? Or a necro? Do you have to do wolf form or other faction change? Does Hasten just not care? Thanks for helping a noob. :)

Hasten gives 0 shits. You can even kill him and take no faction hits.
