I'll be more explicit. I'm looking for a 70K buyout.

Just out of curiosity, what makes thing thing worth 70k? The stats are meh, and the effect isn't even that good. Is it just super rare?

The effect (an illusion that provides 5 hp regeneration) is one of the very few and by far the cheapest sources of increased hp regeneration for enchanters. For comparison, Zlandicar's Heart, the only other trade-able source of hp regeneration and which also provides 5 hp regeneration, sells for 200k. Other options are no-drops found on high end raids.
