Can't receive Account verfication Mail

Hey,

trying to make an account for my wife but when I end the forum registration, following error message comes:

I can login with her Account, but it says not varrified.

Any ideas, how to finish the registration process?
If important, registered name is "Tessa".

Remember to apply for an IP exemption, and if she just so happens to make a class that buffs you, don't be tempted to log her in while she's not there, buff yourself, and log her out again....
