Is there a "best spot" to farm Sickly Glowing Orb in Kael?

Seen 2 drop at arena..

been at arena for 100+ hours at least and never seen one personally, that or I just didn't care much.

Never seen one drop, they're mystical things that don't exist in KD :p

Happen to remember which merbs or what you were pulling at the time? The laundry list of things it CAN drop from is significant, I'm wagering it's more likely to drop from some vs others.

I'm hoping it's the latter! It issssss one of those items where I could see people going "meh" but it's a fantastical chanter ranged. Other classes too I'm sure, but I needy HP's. HS HT's = ouchface

Got mine at arena a long time ago, pretty sure it dropped off one of the Adjuncts, but only seen it drop 1 time since. From what I've seen/heard rare drop of mobs who can also drop the Thurg Armor, but I've always seen it and heard people got it at arena.

Also fantastic ranged item for Necro's!
