I was going to guess Hasten. The only other character I can vaguely picture is a halfling in Rivervale bookin it around the zone. I might be completely making that up though and have no idea who it is.

I know who your talking about, he runs from the Druid guild to wherever my kos toon is hiding and wrecks me. As far as I can tell that his route. Druid guild, to me, and back :p

Alright, kind of out on a limb here. But the yeti in the tunnel leading from the rings in DL?
He paths from one end to the other, looks silly while doing it, and most players will ignore him as they follow him or pass him in the tunnel because they are invis, or such a high level they don't care.

I think "characters chase my ass" could be an enchanter pet. But I can't think of any roaming enchanter at the moment.
