Necro gear upgrades in Kunark?
 

With no class armor set upgrades are pretty scattered. Having trouble making a list of what I should be looking for in each slot.

* Ears - Hammered Golden Hoop (BS still?)
* Fingers -
* Neck - Necklace of Superiority
* Head -
* Face -
* Chest - Froglok Bonecaster's Robe (Sebilis, marginal Blighted upgrade), Tolapumj's Robe (same), Manna Robe (trak), Robe of Decay (VP), Loam Encrusted Robe (the hole)
* Arms -
* Back - Heirophant's Cloak
* Waist -
* Shoulders -
* Wrists -
* Legs -
* Hands -
* Feet -

* Primary -epic? anything intermediate?
* Secondary - Hand of the Reaper?
* Range -

Demi-lich skull cap is nice to have (quest item that casts lifetap dot). Easily obtained back item is Hierophant's cloak from Sebilis ( easy with a rogue and a balanced group).

Spirit Wracked Cord...can be equipped in shoulder, arms, or wrist slot.

Wasn't spirit-wracked cord not added until Velious? I know it was an all-kunark quest but i remember it being added in quite a bit later. My memory tells me it wasn't added til Velious, and the stats show that as well (being a 100 hp item with AoB).

Neither SWC or demi-lich skullcap could be completed during kunark.

There actually aren't a ton of absolute upgrades (items having entirely more mana/hp/stats/resists with no loss of another stat) in kunark but quite a few sidegrades and utility items. Necklace of Superiority certainly fits into that category.

Hammered Golden Hoop really worth it?
AC: -15
STA: +8 HP: +75
SV MAGIC: +5

Hoop over BS for sure. Total HP gained from wearing hoop is going to be better than the summed HP and mana you get from a BS earring. AC loss is pretty much a wash. Plus, you get that extra 5 MR.
