Captain Bvellos - Bvellos' Bounty

This is the Coldain head quest. When you turn in a Coldain head, you get some faction and a few plat.

Bvellos is not recognizing when there is more than 1 head in the trade window. If you submit 4 heads at a time, you will only get credit for 1 head. No other quest I know works this way and there are no mentions of this on Allakhazam.

If you submit 4 Coldain Heads at a time, you should get 4 rewards. I just wasted 28 heads turning in 35 because of this. I was only rewarded for one head from each turn-in. :mad:

Also if you have Sneak, you can use that to sneak up behind bvellos then turn in heads. And for other starting off on which faction to go with, maybe doing kael or CoV faction isnt exactly the best to go with, I say this because Kael and CoV are so freaken easy to get up, but Coldain takes forever to get up, though I would like to hear someone disagree with me on that....

Fixed, pending update

Additionally:
-Corrected his faction hits for turn ins
-Chetari scroll turn in requires kindly or better (need correct bad faction message)
-Added quest to turn in sealed letter from courier. kindly or better (need correct bad faction message)
