Bard Epic (Doppleganger)
 

After i charmed Maligar and handed him the note, he didnt despawn for doppleganger. and i've lost my note, he was charmed following the p99 bard epic steps. please help.

Petition and pray that they give your stuff back, then use your faction song to turn it in.
