I was able to quest it in my mid 40s. Great bracer, not sure you can really replace it without spending a ton of money or raiding.

Yeah, I have a hard time replacing it. It's a very solid item. I wear BD bracer + Shackle of Steel. I have the Thurg bracers and use those for summoning stars but don't wear them. Hard to top those stats and the 5 MR. I probably will replace the Shackle with the Skyshrine bracers when I get those.

Is it really that easy? Thought Scout was highly contested for turn in and of course people MQ'ing it per usual on this server.

Won't deny there are serious issues on blue. The top end overcrowding is bad. The MQ'ing of items is out of control. The raid scene is..not that pleasant. Still, it's better than playing on a mostly empty server with deranged anti-social malcontents. :p

The fingered skeleton camp is pretty hard at level 19. Fact is I messed up my furby faction for the excavator claws before I came down here. Big mistake
