Harm Touch Refreshing Slower than Unholy Disc
 

Harm Touch is currently refreshing at a slower than intended rate on the red 99 server. I have no way to test this on blue but would assume it is behaving the same way. Currently the Unholy Aura Discipline is refreshing at a faster rate than Harm Touch.
