P1999 decided to go forward and do Luclin now?

Just curious - seemed to be some evidence that was going to be the case, but I know everyone said "velious and no further" for years

Personally there were some major QoL changes with some of those expansions - specifically around caster gear and hybrids that would be great

We're stopping at velious + some custom content later that is TBD. I recall reading that lots of Luclin code was unceremoniously ripped out in order to be more classic. Not sure if it could be added back in.

That is player-edited so any of the luclin patches would be just for reference, I think.

There has been talk of a new server that follows the original timeline more accurately than the current P99 servers - so there's faster transitions into Kunark and Velious (not years and years), but its been a loooonng time since they talked about it to the point where most people get the feeling it isn't happening.

That talk died the second daybreak games gave p99 their blessing. We are continually told that this is merely an extraordinary coincidence.
