Delay before 'Loading, please wait...' bar
 

So, on the connection I am currently using, there is a large delay when loading to character select or switching zones. This delay happens before the Loading progress bar appears.

When using other connections on the same rig this problem does not express itself. I was hoping I could get advice as to potential fiddling about with router settings, and so on which might help.
