i've been trying to make letherfoot haversacks but cannot find anyone who sells the Celestial Solvent to make the celestial essences to make the Embroidering Needle to make the Woven Dire Wolf Fur any help would be greatly appreciated

These do not exist on p99 and I don't believe they ever will.
