Raster broken?
 

per the wiki the 3 spawn times per game day are~

5am- respawn
8am - despawn
10am - respawn
7-8pm- respawn

The last day or so I've had the 5am never spawn three times or so and now this morning had the 7-8pm not spawn as well (killed the PH at 5pm). Anybody else have this happen?

I never read anywhere about skipped spawns.

The only scheduled despawn/respawn is at 10 AM. The other respawns listed are if you kill the ph during the correct window. To get a mob to pop between 7-8 pm, you have to kill the one at 10 AM.

If you kill the PH at 5 pm, it will spawn around 28 minutes later at 2 am.

Craps I see, I read that as a server time spawn not player controlled. Got it thanks.

Whether they are wearing the robe has no bearing on if they will drop it.

For Z you are correct, however I believe Q will only drop it if he's seen with it no?

Not true. It doesn't matter for either of them whether they are wearing it or not. That has no bearing on the drop.
