How do you justify this item as being 30k? Rarity?

Hasnt dropped in 6yrs, yes.

I understand that this weapon no longer drops, but the ratio on it isn't the best, and it doesn't proc until 50. By that time there are much better ratio/agro weapons for a fraction of the cost of what you're asking for it. You can probably get about 10-15k max, but it's gonna be tuff.
