How does the Chardok revamp actually work? does Droga get completely revamped or just quest npcs added to the zone?

On alkaz it says the zone is 48 - 63 mobs, or does that happen at a later date?

the nurga and droga are a different update, post lucin. The revamp they talk about is better random zone drops and some new named drops.
