Unable to fish in Sleeper's Tomb

I am not able to fish in sleepers tomb. It casts the pole and gives the splash graphic but it never activates the fishing text.

Thanks, as a master fisherman I have been trying to fish every fish. The prize of all prexus would be the elusive Weary Wrass from sleepers tomb.

EQTC in era says you should be able to catch fish in ST. Probably already known but I have it open so I'll post it here too.
