Freeport Fletcher Merchant

Has the Fletcher merchant in North Freeport (near the bank) poofed? Been sitting there waiting for her for a couple of hours and she's not coming home. It's a long run to anywhere else to make arrows :confused:

Unfortunately the Strongbranch's didn't come to Freeport until shortly after Luclin's release.
