Is this a clicky or just a worn effect?

There's no reason for an enchanter to have rolled anything but a Dark Elf and that effect is therefore useless.

also the PoH crown is the best item becuse its 1. classic 2. an angels halo 3. actually arguably as good or better 4. classic
