Interested in getting the scoop on some Clockwork Watchman Vambs. Anyone have these for sale or able to make them?

Also can someone clarify, the recharge is (1) class 5 mana battery and its a no fail combine in a deluxe toolbox?

Also interested in boots + gaunts. Anyone know if the buffs stack with cobalt clickies?

I can farm mats if needed.
