Please delete Winsock32.dll and eqgame.dll
 

Im helping a buddy of mine install p99 on his windows 10 laptop we have installed titanium created a folder for eq to install to C:\Neweq (instead of the default folder ) extractred the p99 files to that folder changed the access settings for the folder for all users on his computer to full accees changed the Launch titanium file from Start eqgame patch me to Start C:\neweq\eqgame.exe patch me made sure his AV was disabled and when hes Clicks on Launch Titanium hes getting this error i have done all these things on my windows 8 Desk top and i have no issues i have searched the forums for hours and cant seem to find a solution to this specific issue so im posting here any help would be great

Compatibility Mode Xp sp2 and Run as Admin

Did that and hes getting the same error

Did you ever resolve this? I'm having the same issue on Windows 7.

I was installing P99 on my laptop and I was getting this error. I made a shortcut of the batch file (after changing comparability and admin) and it it booted up. Not sure why this changes anything but it works. =D

im on windows 10 too had no problem but make sure windows defender is off and smart screen
