The Penance Quest
 

I'm a human monk with Dubious faction with Swifttail. Did the Penance quest, went to hand in and the GM monk ate it.

Does my faction need to be higher?

I did this quest on live recently, but on an iksar monk so I can't tell you the minimum faction...did you hand it in to the correct GM?

Only one Grandmaster monk to hand it into, unless it's Master Niska that you hand the 2 items to.

Ok found another walkthrough on this quest, i do have to hand to Master Niska )
