Alright I just got myself a "new" computer that will hold me over for a little while until I need to upgrade again later, anyone have any thoughts on what's lacking?

(I have 2 of these already http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231314 so that's 16 gigs of ram)

Wait for Sandy Bridge or for Bulldozer. Still decently priced and a ton more power. I just built a new comp w/ the AMD Thunban Hexcore and 16gigs of ram and wish I could have waited for the new Sandy Bridge motherboards but I needed something now.

If like me you need it now, spend 30 more dollars and buy the hexcore AMD, it is a beast.

Alright, took me about 30 minutes to put everything together, install Windows 7 and get steam up and rolling with my games. I'm going to be testing out TF2 and NS2 for performance, hopefully it's flawless.

TF2 will be, NS2 may not be...

So pissed, yet amazed at the same time. My external DVD drive is louder than my tower..wtf.

Why buy older AMD when ya could get newer I5-2500/MB for same price. If you haven't ordered, don't.

Just got notice today that the new MBs are starting to come in.

Honestly, I've NEVER liked Intel anything. I've been with AMD and Nvidia pretty much since since I've started PC gaming. Both Intel and ATI have given me problems in the past and to this day, haven't had any major issues with AMD/Nvidia.
