Stonebrunt TLC also for quests?
 

I've been trying to do the following quest: http://wiki.project1999.com/Spirit_Aid

Tried handing in the Kejekan Smithy Hammer to different titans without success.
Haven't gotten the chance to give it to the panda yet which the wiki mentions. The quest npc however only says titans.

So while waiting for the giant panda to spawn (any way to get him to?) I was wondering if maybe trivial loot code also counted for quests in Stonebrunt.

Maybe somebody knows.

It's been a long time, so take my memories with a grain of salt, but as I remember it the trivial loot code only applied to loot. Quests were "protected" by the TLC because the items the quests needed were TLC items, but I don't remember NPCs rejecting turn-ins because of your level.

You can only hand it in to the giant panda, unfortunately, and it's a pretty rare spawn. Good luck!

Well maybe not that rare it's just that it doesn't live very long because of the Titan's quests. A tracker will track and kill it rather quickly ya know... ;)
