best item for 10k

I have about 10k pp to spend. What is the best single item/weapon/piece of armor to buy? regardless of class.

Jboots for 4K save another 2k get a Pegasus cloak. You now have two game changing items locked down to that char regardless of class.

10k - 4K for jboots equals 6k. Save 2k more and buy Pegasus cloak. Happy to help. I prefer having jambs from level 1 makes the game hella easier. Cloak can make huge difference for pvp and escaping pvp.
