Level 57 doesn't really mean anything but it is pre-60. Hmmmm

Maybe added during a refresh of spells? If the spell was added for that level it would for sure drop in Kunark like all the other spells for that level. Isn't like they made a bunch of spells drop outside of Kunark all of a sudden later on.

I don't see any evidence of it being sooner so it looks like we won't ever see it here. As always, if it can be proven 100% it'll be added I am sure :).

The level doesn't mean too much though since the level cap in PoP was 65, not 60. Nearly every expansion added a couple spells at lower levels.

hmm, Alla lists the spell as kunark era, but the reagent is listed as pop. Lucy has the spells inital entry dated on Live 2002-12-22 18:35. And lucy has the coffin intial entry dated at Live 2002-12-27 15:07. So id say Planes of power.

Just a heads up, the earliest dates in the Lucy database are all 2002.
