If level cap was 20, and all content available was that which could be achieved with a group (or mob) of level 20's what gear would be the most desired/top tier?

An extremely interesting and related question; what can an organized raid force of level 20's actually kill? Can 80 people kill King Tranix? Efreeti? Tranix is probably Avatar of War level difficult to kill with level 20's, but it might be possible. Melee damage scales against high level targets way better than spell damage; I had a level 26 ranger show up to my epic fight, and he did almost 2 DPS against V'Gheera.

EDIT: But to address the original question, Iksar Berserker Club and Blackened Alloy Bastard Sword would probably be highly sought after. They are both very popular weapons in ALS because they're significantly better than anything else you can get yourself in the low 20's and can be soloed or grouped around that point.

Najeena has a number of items that would be quite desirable.

Runnyeye got some decent lowbie things, black alloy stuff is nice especially the 2h sword and some of the armor pieces caster items.

I remember a sand giant raid on Live. Got all the teen-somethings in Oasis together and attacked an SG en masse. Oh the humanity!!! It didn't go well.

Mobs would probably outregen the dps on the higher level stuff like tranix skarlon ect. Anything that AOEs would be an absolute genocide. That being said I’d love to see this attempted.

Goblin ring is 20's and already expensive (same with bracer of the hidden)

Depending on what you would do with tradeskills, some player made items would be very good i think (for exemple dwarven cultural ingredients can be farmed in najena)
