Pretty much this.
Tune complains that he has a "target" on his head. But fails to link it back to his constant breaking of the rules and to the fact combined he probably makes up for 25% of all the petitions to come off of red99 in it's life span.
A whiteknight fits the image he tries to put foward of himself but he's just a dirty player who tries to petition every other person's bad ways.
Now what offends him the most is people who air his dirty laundry because it shows all the new players who have bought in to Tune's fantasy of himself that he's a good dude doing good for the server which as we know that the root cause of the guy's intent is far from good.
Tune makes red99 boring in otherwords and that's why historically whenever he's at or near the helm of power the server dies. (Twice now it's happened) I think by and large it's his dead personality that causes this and inability to step back from the game when it's time to let other people have fun, i.e going out of his way to kill off other guilds who pose a threat.
His objective isnt to create a fun environment for guilds to fight. He will kill the server for the sake of getting pixels on his 4th alt and this is not a joke. It's been proven time and time again.

also note how Tune and his buddies waited for FQ and the FQ gatekeepers to completely die off before building a forum presence again and mounting his new good guy campaign. Save for lulz, has gone mostly unchecked.
This was a calculated move by Tune and just shows where his priorities are. The guy was literally monitoring the forumquest algorithm waiting for an opportunity to start posting with his new sycophants again.
