How to IP Exempt?
 

Here is some background.

I have a forum account. And I have maybe 4 different character accounts.

My sister wanted to start playing so I had her create a character on one of my character accounts.

She created a forum account, can we still get an exemption if she uses my character account?

I guess the question is can you get an exemption for the same forum account?
