Enchanter twink gear.

Currently building an enchanter twink and looking for some gear advice.

Have 255CHA in +CHA gear (buffed), Zlandicar's Heart, Neriad Shawl, Choker of the Wretched, Bone-Clasped Girdle, Goblin Gazughiu Ring, Jboots, Quillmane Cloak, Wand of Allure. Planning on getting PoM cloak soon.

If plat was a non-issue what would your list of other must-have buyable enchanter gear look like?

Triiz 04-10-2018 08:27 PM

Pre-Nerf Fungi Staff, Puppet Strings, Prayers of Life, Bladestopper, Earring of Frozen Skull, bags full of Wort Pots and root nets. Not much different than most classes. Once you have 255 CHA besides getting HP where you can the only thing that is worth buying is clickies.

Someone told me a few years ago the Rune 4 robes can be clicked at any level, that would be useful pre-level 44 when you actually have the spell if that was true/never got nerfed. Wiki doesn't have a required level on them.

Yeah would highly recommend getting SS Robe if youre willing to faction for it. Its BIS until VP / Vulak Robe so youll never replace it. Could argue PoM robe but only if youre going to buy the shit because camping it is stupid.

Rod of insidious glamour is a must for the GBC Clicky.

Wouldnt hurt to snag your high level spells, esp bedlam.

White dragon helm and cycle for boots if thats possible (believe it is?)

Considering your cha is maxed already buffed (with Zheart equip?) id recommend swapping some of your weak cha gear with int and mana. 210 or 220 cha is more than plenty to level with. Shit, i was leveling my ench with like 200 cha bufffed

No 5hp regen per tick clicky on that one though (yes, only usable outside and roots you, but still really good)

Do the Rune 4 robes eat a peridot when clicked?

Yeah. The clicky isn't very useful once you have Rune 5, at least in my opinion. For 1-44 it would be OP, and 44-52 since you're casting Rune 4 on yourself anyways it still saves 235 mana. For Skyshrine/Kael robe I think you have to be level 5 (?) to zone into Kael, though.

I mean sure but like .. When will you click it lol
I think I would pay 3 or 4k for the mask because of how difficult it would otherwise be to get it but I'm chalking it up to the same category as solist icy wand , just too weak / niche to be worth the going price

I think I'd agree most with triiz's suggestions except blade stopper and the root nets.

Agree 100%, but in his defense, I did say if plat wasn't an issue. With that said mask + prenerf fungi staff + zlandicars heart would be uber for downtime while soloing. Enchanters have several spells to increase mana regen, but no heals (other than runes) or regen.

Prayers of Life and Bladestopper aren't really worth the recharge cost for self-healing IMO. Might as well just use Wort Pots. But again if plat isn't an issue they would be nice to have for the rare situation they would be useful over using wort pots.

However, I always have a few Root Nets, even on my casters. Never know when you'll need some instantcast cc to handle overpulls.
