The Velium Swiftblade is, indeed, a terrible item that no one should use when trying to DPS.

That is verifiably false if you are considering twinking a low level character.

It is CHEAP 36% haste when your offhand attack rate procs so insignificantly to matter. Worn haste also accelerates your backstab refresh rate giving you FASTER backstab.

You could pay 35k for JUST an RBB or -

Agreed, the Velium Swiftblade is excellent, at higher levels the offhand is about 7% of your dps, of course at lower levels I would imagine its closer to 20-30% (though i'm not sure). That said, I highly recommend the swiftblade for offhand.

I would suggest swapping the main hand for a Frozen Shard, but thats just an opinion to get the extra 1 dmg in exchange for more delay.

Great set, no comments on price, I didn't add them up, but I like these bundles, helps those of us without time to EC, have a quick and easy solution.

If you want to customize it, nobody stops you from spending your days in EC :)
