Monk's FD Broken?

I'm unsure if this is bad luck or if Monks as a class had FD revamped, but I just had 5 fails in a row on a blue conned mob with max FD skill.

Anyone else?

You have bad luck. It comes and goes man. I haven't seen any change with FD fails.

Feign's success rate isn't affected by the level of the mobs you aggro...

On a blue conned mob? Im very concerned about how you cast FD on a mob!? What is the ressist rate and is it tashed?
