UI Issue
 

I am running the Velious UI provided by Project1999. Everything works except for when I click on one of the buttons on the control panel my computer brings it back to the desktop. My specs:

HP DM3 Notebook, AMD Neo Dual Core Processor, 4 GBs of RAM, 320 GB HD, ATI Radeon 3200 HD, Affinity set to one core, Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium.
