Can you turn in Left Goblin Ears as a KOS race that doesn't have sneak?
 

I've heard a few rumors about Wolf form working. can anyone confirm this?

Wolf form will remove the race penalty and as long as race is the only reason your kos, it will work

If you've killed guards or done anything else to lower the faction, then might have to go the charm route

Would deity worship influence this? say Cazic-Thule?

Can get someone to charm him too.

Deity does influence it and charm will work for XP but you won't get any faction hits.

If are KOS in wolf form you can get a Bard to lull the NPC so he doesn't aggro and pulse invis on you -- just wait for each pulse before hitting Accept on the trades.

Wolf Form can work. And if that does not work have fun killing Karana bandits until a suitable faction level.

As a bard I zipped between SK, NK and EK bandit camps for about a day to get dubious from max KoS. But someone with Jboots/sow can easily take out the SK and NK bandit groups.

As you enter SK from NK, take a left and follow the shoreline until bandits.
As you enter NK from SK, take a right and follow the shoreline until bandits.

They are on like a 6 minute and some change spawn time.
