How long do IP exception request take?
 

requested an IP exception so I could play with my spouse. anyone know how long these usually take to approve/deny? And how you can tell? Do we just log in and see if we get the temp ban or not?

Depends on our availability and load, it can take up to a month, or a few days.

Yeah i read they go by date of last post, oldest first. really looking forward to playing classic EQ with her. She's played post-omens a little. but nothing like true vanilla.

Question... if it has been over a month and we haven't heard anything should we re-petition?
