Flowing thought affect bard?
 

I’m thinking about doing the Coldain Shawl quests for my bard. Does flowing thought work on a bard?

I'm pretty sure that, in the same way that there is Haste and V2 haste, there is a '2nd Flowing Thought layer' that works on Bards but that we don't have in it in Velious era. I could be wrong.

FT doesnt work like haste. Each FT (1,2, or 3) stacks with another,but not the same (i.e. ft 1 and ft 1 = only 1 regen, FT 1 and FT2 = 3)

AFAIK it works on bards (at least it did waaaay back on live). I am far too lazy to do shawl on bard to test.
