I imagine Lord Bob was pestering Tempest's leadership about allying for certain mobs, they finally discuss it in discord and Lord Bob brings up a potential merger, at which point Bellringer laughs at the notion of Hyjal being a part of any merger.

Can confirm. I will oppose any / all agreement / rotation unless prohibited by Sirken, for the above reason. Competing for mobs in P99 is one of the most interesting experiences in MMOs.
