Thankyou for all the information I recieved I managed to grab a 4 hour window with no swarmers just people doin regular stuff and I dinged 60 so rant off.

Peal mobs that are social to other mobs in the zone. You especially want Casting mobs that are social that can cast Root. Once you have a good pack aggro'd with the casters, use feign death with your SoW'd character that is doing this. Problem solved.
Bonus points for having a rez capable cleric in the zone to scam a beefy donation from the bard before you log back to start it up all over again if they stay in the zone swarming mobs.

Whoops. The above advice is intended for use on an Everquest private server of your choice that is NOT P1999, obviously. Because seeking revenge on a bard not honoring your outdoor camp of a few miserable mobs that you've been killing for over an hour would be WRONG somehow.

Whatever you do, don't accidentally trigger a bone trap near where he's swarming. That'd be mean.
