Leveling my first evil character in a long long time and finding out the answer to this question is too time/plat consuming.

Which is more exp:
Freeport turn in
or
Grobb turn in

have you considered powergaming like this is one factor in your dissatisfaction with the world of norrath?

fungi tunic in kurns is faster

Freeport, Grobb is too far to run for such things.

Snake scales are vendor buyable and i did a quick pass of commonlands and freeport vendors and ended up with several stacks of fangs for turnin.
