Does this spell carry the same mana penalty as Succor?

I just found out through use that Succor actually costs 1050 mana ... 300 for the cast minus 750 penalty mana to all in group including caster.

I wanted succor for so long but now i almost hate it :(

1050 mana per cast (if you're over the 300 minimum when you cast it) .... classic highway robbery! :D

Egress works indoors now. Make the rest of the group walk.
