Best Shaman 56+ Root Rotting Spots?

I know about CoM 2nd/HS Basement but I'm wondering if there are any other really good xp spots for a 56+ Shaman with epic?

Baler 07-06-2018 05:26 PM

off the top of my head.
LDC/Freeti trash
CoM 3rd
Hole small group
Seb small group
Geonids WL duo
Spiders Velks duo

Other spots.. start there and scroll down slowly:

Thanks to Loramin for that page :)

Edit: keep in mind you can get exp from mobs 15 levels lower than you. But higher level mobs do generally grant more exp. risk vs reward.

:D

Also there is now a filter at the top of the page that lets you see only spots specifically recommended for Shaman (although plenty of other spots that aren't specifically recommended are good for Shaman too).

Personally I just did a lot of Howling Stone basement from 56-60

Solo Root-Rot :

Raptors in TD.
Captain area in KC.
Safehall in Velks.
Bugs in Sol B.

Was duoing howling stones with a 55 epic shaman on my 52 wizard. Being a wizard I contributed very little to the equation.

I'm sure 56 shaman
could
solo it.

This. (the freeti trash part)

Read https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...d.php?t=224046 - you will be 60 in no time. Did it on my shaman and was unbelievably good xp.

Could an epic druid root rot freeti trash?

Droxx 08-15-2018 08:46 PM

KC basement near VKR is a decent root rot spot as well.

I think the problem you'll run into is your dot(s) taking too long to take out the imp protectors and you running out of mana continuously rooting . You could certainly try though. The nice thing when I did it on my shaman was being able to canni continuously. But you could try! (let us know if it works!)

If you do try it, I would suggest charming one of the sonic bats near the freeti trash entrance and using it to break the first few mobs (send in bat, root everything). You can get a lot of adds quick if you're not careful

I will try either early tomorrow morning or next week. I am getting bored of the pits and I want to try something new.
