can you get any of the other items?

The short answer is yes. The belt turn in npc is right next to the main quest npc and already on indifferent faction. I have not looked at where the neck turn in npc is at.

But those items are not as nice as the earring and have other cheaper and better options for that slot, that's why they are not listed.

Finally finished queued up orders. Have them in stock again.

10/10 couldnt have made it faster or any more convenient, no brainer @ 8k a piece
